Who you would actually be working with

Both partners are on the work. There is no engagement manager between you and the people building the thing, and no bench of people you would meet for the first time in month three.

Mohamed Charfi

Partner

Works across data architecture and applied AI, translating how an investment team actually operates into systems that hold up under real use.

Adam Rahmoun

Partner

Focuses on delivery and the workflows themselves — getting from a proof of concept to something a team relies on every week without thinking about it.

How an engagement is staffed

Both partners are on every engagement, and the diagnostic is run by the people who would build what it recommends — which is the only way its plan is worth anything, because a plan written by someone who will not have to deliver it is a wish list. Nothing is subcontracted and nothing is passed to a delivery team once the work is sold.

What that costs you

Availability. We can only run a small number of engagements properly at once, so there are periods when the answer is that we are full and roughly when we will not be. We would rather give you that than a start date we would miss.

Talk to the people who would build it.
