The firm

The people are the practice

The people you meet are the people who design and build the work. Nothing is handed down to a delivery layer you never met, and nothing is signed by someone who was not in the room. That is a constraint as much as a promise — it is why the engagement list stays short.

Why this firm

A family office running directs, funds, real assets and family reporting carries the same information problem as an institution twenty times its size, on a fraction of the headcount. The software built for that problem assumes a data team on the other side of it — an implementation partner, a platform owner, someone whose job is the tool. Private capital does not have that person, and so it keeps the work in spreadsheets and keeps paying for it in hours.

How it is set up

Small, deliberately. The people you meet are the people who design and build the work; nothing is handed down to a delivery layer you never met, and nothing is signed by someone who was not in the room. That is a constraint before it is a promise — it is why the engagement list stays short, and why we would rather tell you we are full than take the work on badly.

What being new means

There are no case studies on this site and there will not be invented ones. What you can check instead: talk to A.V.A. and judge how we build from something running in your own browser; read the practice and see whether we have named your actual problem; and take the diagnostic, which is two weeks at a fixed price and yours to walk away from. That is a smaller ask than a reference call, and it tells you more.

The partners

Mohamed Charfi and Adam Rahmoun — what each of them works on, and how an engagement is actually staffed.
